Telling her to come to Naples "by the first boat"; asking her to tell them "on what day and by what boat" she leaves Genoa; noting that the Carnival is remarkable and he has "been regretting" leaving her at home; requesting that she bring toothpowder for Catherine Dickens and new bonnets for "the darlings"; explaining that Catherine would have written but she is at the opera watching [Fanny] Cerito dance.
